The Ludlow

Description: I designed this piece for The Ludlow NYC apartment building on the Lower East Side. Each page is slightly taller than the previous one to create a simple three-page flip book approach. There is a flap on the back so the property manager can include individual floor plans for the prospective tenant to leave with based on the units they visited during the building tour.
