Mobile Payment Process

UX Project

Overview: Edison ParkFast needed a more effective way to present its mobile payment process, so I worked with stakeholders to develop a simple model called LeaveFast as a way for users to quickly and effectively retrieve, pay, or redeem their parking reservations. This solution saw a significant increase in mobile user payments and a decrease in user frustration.

Accessibility: Designing with ADA standards is necessary nowadays. This project was no different and required adherence to principles of color contrast and optimal readability and functionality.
