Overview: These are some of the items I developed as part of a rebranding campaign for ElevatedNY (formerly ReadySet! Offices). The goal was to reintroduce the business to existing customers and touch on the services offered to new customers seeking office space in midtown Manhattan.
My Role: Art Direction, Copywriting, Graphic Design, UX, Additional Photography
Communications: Marketing materials like emails, digital flyers, and postcards were sent to current and prospective tenants. A promotional folder containing inserts relevant to the building tour provides something tangible to walk away with or pass along to stakeholders.
