WorkSpace Offices

Overview: These are some pieces I developed for the Manhattan office rental company, WorkSpace Offices. The goal was to stay competitive in the marketplace and increase traffic to their Inwood and SoHo locations through various marketing efforts, including direct mail, online videos, and their website.

My Role: Art Direction, On-set Direction, Video Editing, Graphic Design, UX, Copywriting

Videos: A series of videos were created to highlight each location’s amenities and available space. Here you can see one example in the Inwood video, which takes the viewer through a typical “day in the life” that a prospective tenant might experience. The second example is a simple ambient video utilized on display screens within the buildings. (There is no sound in the second video.)

Direct Mail: One example of a direct mail piece was this postcard sent to various small-business owners within a certain mile radius of the SoHo location. With an enticing offer, the brand saw a significant increase in inquiries to that particular location in the weeks following its delivery.

Website: Another of my duties was daily maintenance and UX for the website, including a complete site redesign focused on mobile-first and ADA compliance. Visit Website
